On July 7, the Confucius Institute at Middle East Technical University in Turkey co-hosted the first joint meeting of Chinese teaching institutions in Turkey. The theme of this joint meeting is "Being One World, Seeking Common Development". The participants conducted academic exchanges and discussions on the development status, opportunities and challenges of Chinese teaching in various teaching institutions, as well as online and offline teaching cases. Mehmet T. ZEYREK, Vice President of Middle East Technical University, Wu Tianxi, Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute at Middle East Technical University, and Chinese teachers from various teaching institutions participated.

Ambassador Liu Shaobin, Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Türkiye, Counselor Zhou Meifen and 19 Chinese teaching institutions from Turkey participated in the meeting, including 13 universities and 35 representatives from Chinese teaching institutions.
